Shipping & Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@purrfectliving.in with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Will my cat use it?

Built for everyday use, it should last a long time under normal conditions. The exact lifespan depends on how often your cat uses it, but replacing the scratching surface when it wears out helps keep it looking and performing like new.
Can I replace the scratching board?
Yes. The scratching board is replaceable, so you don't have to buy a whole new unit when it eventually wears down. Simply swap in a new board and keep using the same frame.
Is it suitable for large cats?
Absolutely. It's designed to provide a stable and comfortable scratching experience for cats of all sizes, including larger breeds and kittens too.
What if my cat doesn't use it?
Some cats need a little time to get used to something new. Try placing it in a familiar spot, rubbing a little catnip on the scratching surface, or rewarding your cat when they show interest. Most cats warm up to it with a little encouragement. If you're still having trouble, our support team is happy to help with tips and guidance.
